Ahh, The Holidays! WARNING: Lots of Pics

Gingerbread houses, chocolate mice, peppermint pigs, carpal tunnel from online shopping, sneaking in wrapping during naptimes, flights back home, parties with loved ones, live nativities, lights on houses, walks on the beach.... all so wonderful. Yet, when it is gone, it's a little bit like pregnancy- you'll need a break before taking it on again.

We had a wonderful holiday and LOVED getting to see family and friends (and each other!) over the break. It was heavenly to be with both extended families (what a treat to see Trent and Mary!), go to Burley to see Marianne and her amazing family and winter wonderland, and catch up with our dear friends who we have missed immensely out here. Thank you all for making it a perfect holiday. We love you all and hope your holidays were wonderful! Ours couldn't have been better! *(Except, of course, the double round of pink eye, triple ear infections, week without naps, and teething!)

Okay, what lens are you using on the candy photos? They are great photos. I need to save up for a new lens, but am not sure which one to get. Any suggestions?

How fun! Thanks for the picts- I do have to say I'm a little jealous you're wearing capris on the beach in December- but I'll be there soon- so I'll just keep thinking about that. :)

Hi Kristin,

I check your blog every now and then, and just LOVE reading it. You look AMAZING, you ARE AMAZING!! I really love your long beautiful hair! It is obvious that you and Glenn have an incredible relationship and family! I used to love passing you in the halls in HS because you always radiated "sunshine" and you are still able to do that through your blog! Thanks!

Looks like LA is treating you well! Happy New Year to you and your family!!

p.s. our blog is private, but I would be more than happy to send you an invite if you are interested. brianne.stewart@gmail.com

I visit here often, just do not comment as often. So I get to know what you are up to and I am always happy for you because it is just so obvious that you are happy with your life. Please tell Tanner Shushu a dear hi for me.

Kristin. Hi. It's Valerie Bateman. I got your message. Sorry I haven't called you back. I've had a nasty cold/no voice for the past few days. I would be happy to share all my wisdom concerning our 10 year reunion :)
Maybe we should email? Send me a quick email and I'll reply back with all the info I have.
P.S. Looks like life is treating you well in Cali. How cool. And I LOVED your birthday post. How fun. Glenn is quite a guy.
